Who we are

Aztec AI Group is a trading name of TendoVend Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15906234, registered office 79 Mantle Street, Wellington, TA21 8BB. TendoVend Ltd is the data controller. Contact: info@aztecaigroup.com.

What we collect and why

Sign-up forms. When you leave your email address to hear about new products, we collect your email address, the option you choose and the page you signed up from. We use this to tell you when the products you asked about launch. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time.

The Aztec AI Briefing. When you subscribe to our monthly briefing we collect your email address and the date you subscribed. We use it to send the briefing. Legal basis: your consent. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link.

Free tools. The Free Scope Check and the Board Decision Scorecard run in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless the page says so.

Email you send us. If you email info@aztecaigroup.com we keep the message and your contact details for as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record of our dealings with you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Purchases. Books are sold by Amazon. Aztec AI Compliance products are sold through Payhip. Those companies handle your payment and personal data under their own privacy notices. We do not see your card details.

Who we share it with

We use trusted suppliers to run this site and our email: Fasthosts (hosting), Formspree (sign-up forms), Beehiiv (newsletter delivery) and Google Workspace (email and file storage). Each processes data only on our instructions. Some of these suppliers are outside the UK; where they are, transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Sign-up and newsletter details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or two years after the last email we send that you open. Email correspondence: up to six years, in line with the limitation period for contracts. Nothing is kept longer than we need it.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance, which it keeps for a short period.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@aztecaigroup.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We will post any changes to this notice on this page and update the date at the top.
